Full Description: 2 female UWIC students (20 and 22) going into the second year moving into a 4 double bed house in Cathays looking for 2 housemates preferrably male to even it out. We're both clean and tidy, easy going and up for a laugh. We enjoy a drink but also like quiet nights in. Would prefer non-smokers. The house has 4 good sized double rooms, a modern kitchen, bathroom and seperate toilet. New flooring is being put in before we move in as well as a fresh neutral paint job and new furniture throughout. Rooms are allowed to be painted as long as they are back to Magnolia once we move out. Locks on all bedroom doors, large windows in each room (almost floor to ceiling!). It's a corner semi-detached house in a good location for the uni and town. Kitchen has free standing oven, washing machine, dining table and chairs and a fridge/freezer and will have a microwave by the time we move in.
